A one-time introduction to yoga therapy. Includes:
– A Health Information Questionnaire
– A 1.5-hour Meet & Greet with follow-up questions
– Structural and breathing assessment
– 1 personalized home practice to support your current needs

• Yoga Therapy 2 – Intermediate
A short-term commitment for those seeking continued support. Includes everything in the Mini package, plus:
– 4 weekly 1-on-1 Yoga Therapy sessions
Each session builds on the last, helping you integrate your home practice and explore deeper layers of physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

For those looking for more in-depth, ongoing support. Includes everything in the Mini package, plus:
– 8 weekly 1-on-1 Yoga Therapy sessions
A safe and steady container to explore your journey over time, with space for reflection, adjustment, and growth.

• Yoga Therapy 4 – Extended
The most comprehensive support option. Includes everything in the Mini package, plus:
– 10 weekly 1-on-1 Yoga Therapy sessions
